Meet the Core Team

Alfredo Cozzi

Managing Director / Co-Founder

Shortly after graduating in 2010, Alfredo founded Square Edge CGI and subsequently went on to manage a number of leading CGI studios. Passionate about architectural visualisation, he brings over 15 years of industry experience, having led the visualisation of hundreds of schemes and masterplans for many of the UK’s major national housebuilders.

Jason Armstrong

Creative Director / Co-Founder

Jason has extensive experience producing high end architectural visualisations for developers across the UK. He oversees the visual style and quality of every project, ensuring accurate detailing, strong composition, and consistent imagery that performs. Collaborative and solutions driven, he guides the team from initial drawings through to premium marketing visuals.

David Cooley

Creative Director / Co-Founder

With a background in architectural visualisation spanning over a decade, David had progressed from early practice to company co-founder. He has overseen the production of visual content for a wide range of architectural projects, including large scale residential schemes & smaller scale luxury developments, collaborating with design teams & developers to deliver technically robust imagery across the UK.

Carlo Carfora

Technical Specialist

Carlo is a valued part of the MASS Visual team, working closely with the directors to shape the look, quality, and technical consistency across our CGI output. Having refined his craft with countless high end studios worldwide, and coming from different CGI disciplines, he brings over a decade of experience to the MASS Visual team.

Nigel Charman

Head of Photography

Nigel is MASS Visual’s head of photography – capturing lifestyle, interiors, and on site content that adds realism and story to every marketing campaign. With a strong eye for composition and natural light, he delivers clean, brand consistent imagery and works closely with the CGI team to keep every set of visuals looking cohesive.

Dejan Marco

CGI Artist

Dejan is a CGI artist at MASS Visual with an international background and a sharp eye for modelling and landscaping levels. He focuses on producing clean accurate CGIs and animation, and is known for calm problem solving, fast iteration, and consistently polished results under tight deadlines.

Gavin Alexander

Head of Videography

Gavin leads video production at MASS Visual, overseeing the team and shaping each project from concept through to final delivery. He’s worked alongside Alfredo for over a decade, and is renowned for producing some of the best property marketing videos in the industry.

Julie Goldstein

Finance Controller

Julie is MASS Visual’s Finance Controller, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She oversees invoicing, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the numbers are accurate, making sure everything stays on track and nothing gets missed.

Our inhouse team blends senior CGI artists, ex agency project leads & directors across the industry who actually understand how schemes are shown in their best light.
